“Painting has taken a huge impact in my life ever since I was 4 years old. I’m heavy on being patient with my emotions and find a blank canvas as a safe space to just spill whatever is on my mind. There is no limit when it comes to painting because each stroke counts. That is why it hits a sacred spot to create and share my craft with others. Each piece that I have done carries, meaning, motivation, and gratitude. My last piece was my biggest challenge; as it was a project I worked on for more than 2 years. Healing from difficult burdens, I put the paintbrush down for a while. With the support of family, friends, and community I found motivation in my struggles as an opportunity to finish the pieces I started.”
I am beyond thankful for the love I've received and have many projects in mind that I cannot wait to make come to life. I look forward to growing my art journey and meeting other creatives. It’s only up from here.
